- Shipped production features with Claude Code as my main tool, across a Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, React and TypeScript codebase, reviewed directly by the CTO and deployed through CI/CD.
- Migrated the game upload flow, coach dashboard, player infographic and drawing tools from legacy views to React, releasing the upload flow behind a PostHog feature flag with a staged rollout.
- Built presentation features for coaches, including per-person sharing access, slide-linked comments and large-file slide imports.
- Built LLM-powered automatic video uploads: clubs write import rules in plain English, a model decides which games to upload, and a preview page shows each decision before it applies.
- Delivered Stripe billing features, including Pay by Bank with Direct Debit renewal, single-invoice plan changes and declined-card recovery, checked against real charge history before release.
- Built workforce platform tools for hiring, in-app contract signing, Wise payouts, supervisor review queues and an AI support bot for analysts.
- Wrote safe data migrations and backfills on a live PostgreSQL database, with dry runs, row counts and checkpointed batches.
- Added coach-facing stats and infographics, fixed video player and timeline bugs, and removed N+1 queries on high-traffic pages.
